Southeast Commercial, LLC,is  a young rapidly growing company headed by Gary A. Smith. Our construction professionals have an outstanding reputation built on old-fashioned integrity and many years of experience in virtually all phases of commercial construction. Their strong background in both field and office management, coupled with a dynamic management team,and low-overhead operational facilities provide the client with the expertise and proven ability to manage their construction budget wisely and complete high-quality projects on schedule.

GENERAL

Southeast Commercial LLC was granted a General Contractors license in March of 2007 to engage in Commercial, Industrial and Residential construction in the State of Tennessee. 

BONDING & INSURANCE

Southeast Commercial LLC, is a fully insured through MSA Insurance group, and First Comp insurance, through C L Buthcer Insurance agency, Knoxville Tennessee. Bonding is provided on select projects where the Owner or contract documents call for a Performance and Payment Bond, and a 100% labor and material payment bond after the contract is signed.

BANKING

Southeast Commercial LLC banking is servied by Regions Bank in Knoxville, TN.  They provide our operating account for our construction company.  Regions Bank has additional lines of credit for our use as needed.
